Market undertakings participating in and connected with the Paks II. project will need office space to function efficiently while undertaking their business and administrative activities. The arising needs can be catered for by constructing new office buildings and extending existing ones.
In addition to functionality, we strive to create energy-saving, efficient, green buildings. A vital criterion is that both construction and operation should be economical and cost-effective, and, apart from serving their intended purpose, the buildings should be suitable to accommodate smart technologies.
Attention also needs to be paid to the post-investment use of the buildings and offices. After the completion of the investment of the new nuclear power plant Units, opportunities will arise to let or sell the offices to the businesses involved in the operation of Paks II. or newly established in the region.
