The building is located in the south of Paks in the Industrial Park lying between National Road 6 and the M6 motorway. The design of the building provides the option of installing technologies significantly differing from each other side by side. On the ground floor there are workshops and storage facilities suitable for industrial purposes, with independent changing rooms on the gallery level. The upper storey accommodates offices, lecture rooms, meeting rooms and service areas.
